We need 2 new Job Coaches in our Olympia office. Join us and assist adults with
disabilities to maintain employment in the community. Be responsible for
ensuring all services are provided in a professional, supportive manner and
include ongoing, clear, and professional communications with all significant
individuals and groups. Establish and maintain professional relationships with
the business community.
This position is highly visible in the community, requiring interaction with a
variety of employers, funding sources, and wide range of business environments,
including marketing, education, making presentations, and working with clients
through the term of their employment.
If you have a background working with individuals with disabilities, ability to
write professional case notes and letters, and an interest in the work please
consider applying. We will also train the right person!
Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitation, Human Services, or related field preferred.
Both positions are full-time. While work hours and days are generally Monday
through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 pm - flexibility in schedule may be required to
support clients in their jobs in the community which may require working
alternate hours and days at times. We offer a full benefits package to our
employees scheduled for 20 hours or more per week including medical, dental,
